    1. Personalized Infiniti Phones: Due to the personalized nature and the sensitivity of Infiniti Phones, they cannot be refunded once used. Please ensure that all specifications are correct at the time of purchase.

    2. 8-Hour Cooling-Off Period for Infiniti Phones: Customers have the right to cancel their purchase of an Infiniti Phone within 8 hours of the purchase time. If the cancellation is made within this period, a full refund will be issued. After the 48-hour cooling-off period, the sale becomes final, and the phone cannot be refunded due to its personalized and sensitive nature.

    3. Infiniti & ESIMs: Infiniti & ESIMs are non-refundable, as they are digital downloads. Ensure you understand the terms of purchase before completing the transaction.

    4. Faulty Items: If any item is found to be faulty or broken on delivery, it will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. Please contact our support team within a specified time frame to address the issue.
